Katelyn has photographed my engagement, wedding, maternity, and every Christmas card picture for the last 6 years. The only reason she wasn’t able to do my newborn photos is because she had a 3 week old at home too. She is top notch! I often walk away from our session thinking there is no way the dog and toddler took a single decent photo and then when I get them back, I am SO impressed- there are multiple! Katelyn combines the creativity of an artist with the stamina of an athlete. Because she was familiar with the Hotel Clermont and the wedding venue, The Piedmont Room, she knew where and when to take the best shots. She spent the entire day setting up memorable shots beginning with the morning bridal preparations including a picture of the bride dressed in her gown lounging in a claw foot tub. That was followed by the groom and his groomsmen having one final bachelor toast at a favorite bar. Next there were pictures taken in Piedmont Park skillfully timed to show off the Atlanta skyline. Then on to the ceremony, reception and dancing and ending finally with the sparkler send-off close to midnight. Whew! And she smiled all the way!
