It was such a treat to meet this couple in Washington D.C. for their engagement session. Eric and Abby met at Kennesaw State University but didn't reconnect until many years later! Most of their relationship has been long distance while Eric works in D.C. Although Eric plans to move to Atlanta, D.C. will always be a special part of their story because they consider it to be the place where they fell in love! The weather was perfect for our walk around town. We enjoyed lots of delicious food, too! Have you ever had a homemade Pop-Tart? This was a first for me, but if you're in the area, make sure to check out Ted's Bulletin for some delicious homemade treats! My favorite was the s'mores tart. Delicious!

I had such a great time working with Eric + Abby and am looking forward to photographing their wedding in January. It'll be here before they know it!
